The grown-up couples can have their dress up and reservations at fancy-smancy restaurants. Leave us young couples to play. What better place to be a kid, and be in love, other than at Disneyland. But let me tell ya, as young as we may think we are, we only lasted from 8 in the morning till 4, which is a good 8 hours, but nothing close to being there ’till closing time at midnight. And boy, we were tired! So, for those reading who have a significant other, Happy Belated Valentine’s Day, and for those who don’t, Happy Belated Singles Awareness Day, we used to be in your shoes not too long ago.

As many may know, Irvine can be seen as having quite a big Asian influence, well this influence is also very yummy.  Tammy and I often visit Diamond Jamboree, or as we call it “The DJ”, to get a taste of the Asian cuisine of Irvine.  We cannot resist 85 Bakery and have always wanted to visit some of the other places in the little shopping square, this week we were able to.

Today was a Disney day!  We have been trying to plan a trip to Disneyland for quite sometime now, and we were finally able to.  The trip turned out to only involve California Adventure theme park, but this also was proven to be for the better.  As we left Irvine Tammy decided to look at her phone to see the weather, it didn’t look too good, there was a 60 percent chance of rain, uh oh.  So, we got there and we decided that having a 2fer ticket, it would be best to waste the rainy day over in California Adventure.
